The driving test is just the first step on a lifelong learning curve.<\/p>\n<p>But the comment that caught my eye was this:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>DRIVING \u2013 it\u2019s the ambition of many young people and it opens up countless opportunities. It is something we want to do from a young age. Of course then we can only use toy cars but the urge is still there. Then finally you turn 17.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is precisely what I have been saying.
