An interesting bit of information out of this was that his insurance has gone up by about \u00a3450 just by moving from \u201clearner\u201d to \u201cpassed\u201d status \u2013 and that\u2019s with a policy which involves a black box.<\/p>\n
I always warn my learners who pass to inform their insurer before they drive their car \u2013 if they don\u2019t, they probably wouldn\u2019t be covered if they were pulled over for any reason. Everyone else should bear that in mind \u2013 your insurance may well rise, but that\u2019s the only option unless you want to drive illegally! When you look at it on a monthly basis, \u00a3450 is less than \u00a340, so it isn\u2019t that<\/strong> bad.
