At the time, DVSA was closing down a lot of smaller test centres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It looks like part of a coordinated exercise, as <a title=\"Derby Sinfin driving test centre to move\" href=\"http:\/\/content.govdelivery.com\/accounts\/UKDSA\/bulletins\/d8f8b3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this email from DVSA advises that the Sinfin test centre in Derby<\/a> is moving to the ex-VOSA testing station in Alveston. The timescale is similar to that for the <a title=\"DVSA Gipsy Lane Leicester Test Centre Moving\" href=\"https:\/\/www.diaryofanadi.co.uk\/?p=16355\">Leicester move in the&nbsp;recent article<\/a>, and people should carry on booking as usual in the meantime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This one might cause a few more hisses of disapproval from the vipers, as a distance of around 4 miles is involved. Jeez, when I first started I used to cover tests at Sinfin (not many), even though I\u2019m based in Nottingham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>An update from DVSA reports that the last test at Sinfin will be <strong>10 February 2015.<\/strong> Tests as the new Alvaston centre will commence 16 February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where is Sinfin driving test centre?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I got this in a search query in September 2016!
