Examples include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>77-year old has at least 12 points for speeding<\/li>\n<li>63-year old has 12 points for using mobile phone, speeding, and shooting red lights<\/li>\n<li>56-year old has 12 points for drink-driving and having no insurance<\/li>\n<li>19-year old has 15 points for speeding and failing to identify the driver<\/li>\n<li>Of the 20 youngest to have 12 points or more, only two have been banned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All those in the legal system associated with not banning these people are complete arseholes, intent on sending this country into the sewer (and it doesn\u2019t really need much help with that as it is).<\/p>\n<p>These miscreants should be named.
