A new candidate for the 2015 Darwin Awards. An as yet unnamed 20-year old was arrested at the Barnet Test Centre<\/a> whilst trying to take the test on behalf of a friend.\"Evolution<\/p>\n

The deception was successful until you take into account the fact that he was caught. And that he had no insurance. And that he was \u201cover the prescribed limit\u201d suggesting he was drunk. And that he tested positive for drug-driving (that may have been the positive test they refer to). And that he was in possession of a prohibited lock knife.<\/p>\n
