TRS is recalling certain packs of its Cumin and Coriander powders because they contain salmonella. Batches affected:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>TRS Jeera (Cumin) Powder<br \/>Pack size:&nbsp; 100g<br \/>Batch no: P353340<br \/>\u2018Best before\u2019 date:&nbsp; 31 December 2017<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p>TRS Dhania (Coriander) Powder<br \/>Pack size:&nbsp; 100g<br \/>Batch no: A481514<br \/>\u2018Best before\u2019 end:&nbsp; End December 2017<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>No other TRS products, packs, or batches are involved. You should not eat any affected pack, and return it to the store you purchased it from and get a refund.<\/p>\n<p>TRS is a well-known brand and is one of the main suppliers of whole and ground spices in most specialty stores and even mainstream supermarkets. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>There\u2019s an update to this, with <a title=\"TRS Jeera (Cumin) Powder and TRS Chilli (Extra Hot) Powder recalled due to the presence of salmonella\" href=\"http:\/\/www.food.gov.uk\/news-updates\/news\/2016\/15045\/trs-jeera-chilli-powder-recalled-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a new alert from the Food Standards Agency<\/a>.
