The vaccine was sent to a GP surgery in Macclesfield, but for reasons which haven\u2019t been made fully clear, a \u2018refrigeration issue\u2019 made it unusable.<\/p>\n

The thing is, the vaccine can be used for up to 5 days when stored between 2\u00b0C and 8\u00b0C, and the fact it had to be disposed of suggests that even this wasn\u2019t adhered to.<\/p>\n

Whoever is responsible for this should be sacked. And someone is<\/strong> responsible,<\/p>\n

A spokesman for NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group said: \u2018This temporary issue is being resolved…\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

No it isn\u2019t. We don\u2019t have enough vaccine to go around in the first place, and it is is exactly what it looks like.
