I heard it on <a title=\"Planet Rock Radio\" href=\"https:\/\/planetradio.co.uk\/planet-rock\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planet Rock News<\/a> then <a title=\"Watch Rush\u2019s Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee reunite to perform Closer to the Heart, with South Park creator Matt Stone on drums\" href=\"https:\/\/www.guitarworld.com\/news\/rush-reunion-lifeson-lee-south-park\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">looked it up when I got home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, there was a South Park 25th Anniversary show in the USA. It was a two-night event, and on the second night there was a surprise appearance by Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s great to see them together again. I really hope they work together, but as Lifeson poignantly says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We had such a great history and did so much great stuff together, it\u2019s not really a big deal if, for the rest of our lives, we\u2019re just best friends.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was a great piece of news today.
