They did a similar thing last winter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I only latched on to the issue when BSM was criticised for abolishing its own policy<\/a> – which in its<\/em> case was actually written into the contract – during the worst winter weather for decades. It makes sense that franchisers have some sort of policy for handling this sort of thing.<\/p>\n

The AA doesn’t have a written<\/em> policy as far as I know. It apparently does this through choice when the weather is bad (starting last year).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
