The legislation has yet to be approved by Tynwald &#8211; that&#8217;s the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tynwald.org.im\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #800000\">IOM Parliament<\/a> &#8211; but April isn&#8217;t far away, so this looks like it is a long way towards being implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The test would be administered by the Department of Education and Children.<\/p>\n<p>The HPT (Hazard Perception Test) was not popular over here, though personally I never had a problem with it and I still don&#8217;t. It&#8217;s definitely better than nothing at all, and it makes people think.
