The <del>same story is covered in News 1130<\/del>.<\/p>\n<p>Psychology Professor Allison Sekuler of McMaster University says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8230;the doctor&#8217;s office is a setting with no need to make instant decisions, to see through &#8220;clutter,&#8221; or to concentrate on one thing and still notice a pedestrian stepping off the curb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But she then goes on to claim that old people can be taught to multi-task as well as teenagers, thus cancelling out part of what she initially said.<\/p>\n<p>Some of them might, but not all of them.
