Not so in Montana.  The Republic reports that Bill 251 has been rejected by a 31-18 vote.<\/p>\n

Apparently, it would be hard to enforce and create more work!<\/p>\n

It’s nice to know that it isn’t just in the UK that people who should be under 24 hour care make it into government positions.<\/p>\n

I wonder how they think they can stop it without it involving extra work?<\/p>\n

Basically, these loonies have declared that texting while driving is OK by virtue of rejecting a bill to make it illegal.<\/p>\n
