With the Olympics coming up, more and more middle aged men are starting to pretend they\u2019re athletes, and the roads are clogged with overweight idiots who haven\u2019t got a clue!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rule 67 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">You should <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">look all around before moving away from the kerb, turning or manoeuvring, to make sure it is safe to do so.
