I caught this pointless “news” as I was browsing the BBC website. It’s querying the decline in popularity of high heels as a shoe choice among women.
The part that caught my attention was just over half way down, where they talk of Rihanna’s “collaboration” with Puma, which was:
inspired by the concept of Marie Antoinette at the gym
What next? A range of men’s shoes inspired by “Prince William on the toilet”?
Some things just don’t go together. Marie Antoinette in the gym is one of them.
